City translators spoken highly of in prize shortlist

AN Edinburgh translation company has been put forward for a National Business Award.
The online business Lingo24 has just been announced as a finalist at the National Business Awards for Scotland, 2009. Founder and managing director Christian Arno is up for the Entrepreneur of the Year award and the winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on June 24.

Lingo24 has 100 members of staff across the globe, a network of 4000 translators and had a turnover of £3m in 2008, estimated to rise to £4m in 2009.
